Fruit brandies, or “Schnaps” as they call it in Austria, is probably our favorite variety of beverage we have in the building.
Don’t get it confused with the peppermint version you may have sampled as a youth, this stuff is pure gold. A fruit brandy is 100% fruit distillate, and you can make it from anything with natural sugars i.e. pears, apples, apricots, or even carrots!
